My work begins outdoors — walking the Sea-to-Sky, watching weather roll across ridgelines, noticing how light shifts after rain in the city.
In the studio, I translate that experience into layered oil — balancing realism with intensity, stillness with strength.
Each painting is built with archival materials and finished with intention, created to live confidently in real homes — not just on gallery walls.

I’m Graham Watts — a Canadian oil painter based between Vancouver and Whistler. My work blends grounded realism with bold colour and brushwork, capturing British Columbia the way it feels in person: sharp air, wet pavement glow, wildlife presence, alpine scale.
I’m a member of the Federation of Canadian Artists, and each piece is created using archival materials, signed, and prepared for long-term collecting.

Every piece is built in layered oil paint for depth, texture, and longevity — not printed texture overlays. Originals are signed and documented, and prints are produced to preserve colour accuracy and detail. If you’re collecting for a home, office, or gift, the goal is simple: make it feel intentional the moment it goes on the wall.
