About the painting:
“Overlord Mountain with Fissile Peak” captures the magnificent iconic mountain visible from Whistler, BC. Overlord Mountain is the highpoint of the Fitzimmons Range south of Whistler BC. in Garibaldi Provincial Park. The original inspiration was a photo that I took while skiing 7th Heaven Blackcomb on mountain.
This original oil painting was created using a monochromatic style. Painted with Prussian blue and titanium white the painting gives a cool crisp feeling.

Painted on 1-1/2″ deep gallery wrapped canvas. The painting edges are black mated painted finish, so the work can be hung with or without a frame. Includes wire and is ready to hang.
The work is signed on the front in paint and signed, dated & titled on the back.
