Unless otherwise stated:

  • commissioned work

  • custom pieces

  • limited-edition items

may be considered final sale, except where items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved refunds, exchanges, or replacements are handled in accordance with our posted return policy.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact art@grahamwatts.art within the timeframe stated in our return policy and provide:

  • your order number or proof of purchase

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item

  • clear photos of the packaging where applicable

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, refund, store credit, or another reasonable remedy.

9. Commissions and Custom Work

Commissioned or custom artwork may require separate terms, including approval process, timelines, deposits, revisions, shipping, and final payment.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits for commissioned or custom work may be non-refundable once work has begun.

Watts Art Studio retains the right to decline commission requests at its discretion.
