Shipping Policy for Watts Art Studio

Thank you for supporting Watts Art Studio. Every order means a great deal, and I want your experience to feel smooth, clear, and dependable from the moment you place your order to the moment your artwork arrives.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Watts Art Studio ships within Canada and the USA only.

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

If you are located outside Canada or the USA and are interested in purchasing artwork, please contact art@grahamwatts.art to discuss possible shipping arrangements.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Please note that original artwork, limited-edition pieces, or custom orders may require additional preparation time before shipment. If extra handling time is required, you will be contacted directly.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, most deliveries arrive within 12 to 15 business days, depending on destination, shipping method, and carrier timelines.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, courier delays, customs processing, holidays, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, value, and destination of the artwork or product.

Your shipping address and postal code will be used at checkout to determine the final shipping cost.

Any promotional shipping offers, if available, will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Carriers and Delivery

Most orders are shipped through Canada Post or another trusted carrier, depending on the size, value, and destination of the package.

In some cases, packages may be left at your door if no one is available to receive them. For higher-value artwork, a signature may be required for added security.

If the carrier determines it is unsafe to leave the package, a delivery notice may be left with instructions for pickup.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Please allow a short period of time for tracking updates to appear after the label has been created.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact art@grahamwatts.art within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item

  • clear photos of the packaging

  • a brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, an appropriate resolution will be arranged, which may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in tracing the shipment and resolving the issue.

Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

Watts Art Studio is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to request a change to your order, please contact art@grahamwatts.art as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

Orders shipped outside your home country may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
