Featured commission story

Two paintings shaped by a family’s connection to British Columbia

Commissioned North Shore mountain painting by Graham Watts

My husband and I commissioned two paintings from Graham as we love his mountain and cityscape depictions of the North Shore and Whistler. Working with Graham was exceptionally easy and enjoyable. As first-time commission buyers, he seamlessly guided us through the process. The end results were even better than anticipated.

In their own words

Why collectors connect with the work

The strongest reviews are not simply about colour or technique. They describe what a painting recalls, how it changes a room and why living with original art feels different.

Collector questions

Before choosing a painting

If your question is more specific, Graham is happy to discuss the artwork, your space or a meaningful commission directly.

Can I purchase a painting without seeing it in person?

Yes. Collectors outside Vancouver have purchased original paintings remotely. Graham can provide detailed photographs, dimensions, context about the work and shipping information before you decide.

Can I see how a painting might look in my room?

Yes. Send a straight-on photograph of the wall with a reference measurement, and a digital room preview can help you understand scale and placement.

Does Graham accept commissioned paintings?

Yes. Selected commissions can be created from meaningful landscapes, wildlife encounters, Whistler memories, Vancouver views and other personal subjects. The commission page explains the creative process.

Where can I see current prices and availability?

Current original paintings, dimensions, prices and secure purchasing are listed through Graham’s official online art store at grahamwattsart.com.
